Munduk village is one of the best destinations in Bali for waterfall lovers. Munduk has the big waterfalls and we visited one of them named Golden Valley/Munduk waterfall.

One of three waterfalls in munduk

The villages waterfalls are located close to each other so there is no problems to visit all of them at the same day. But since we had a long day already we just finished the day with this waterfall. It’s around a two hour drive from Canggu and 1 hour 30 from Ubud. The drive is pretty straight forward and along the road in from Bedugul you’ll pass the popular Handara Gate, and the insta-famous Wanagiri Hidden Hills. When you arrive to the parking area around Munduk waterfall it´s a 15-20 minute walk down through quite a small walkway that also are quite steep. So have that in mind before you go down to the waterfall if you have problems with knees or so. I liked the waterfall because it was just us and a couple there when we arrived in the afternoon. So it was good photo and video possibilities without a crowd of people.

The entrance fee for the waterfall is around  2000 IDR for parking and 20 000 IDR for adults.
