A few days before we were picked up by the operator for our liveaboard diving trip, we spent two days in Hughada city. We walked around and looked along the new marina which consisted of colorful houses and I thought it felt properly finished and nice. But much of the houses along the big street in Hurghada are under renovation and unfinished since the tourism dropped a few years ago. The houses looked a bit boring to be honest.

We found a bunch of dive shops that we looked into to see if they had any equipment we wanted or needed.

During our time in Hurghada it was about 38-40 degrees Celsius but because it was very bleak it cooled down a lot so I did not experience it as terribly hot as it actually was.
This was my first travel to Hurghada, Egypt, but Daniel had been to various seats in Egypt 5-6 times earlier.
