Hotel IKON Phuket offers great service and the important facilities that travelers are looking for is available at the hotel. At the IKON Phuket hotel, you will find both a SPA and gym as well as a nice outdoor pool with sun loungers all around, as well as a restaurant and toilets in the nearby area.
My thoughts about the hotel
When I checked into the hotel in the afternoon I was greeted by a large desk where I quickly received both a welcome drink, hot towels and help to check in. I also received a voucher for a free massage to book at the hotel’s SPA. At the front desk, they also helped me book a transfer to the airport about 60 minutes away.
Upstairs on floor 6, I found my room as an Ocean Premier Room. On the hotel’s photos the room appeared to be very spacious and it was.
When I opened the hotel door I looked straight through the room out to the sea. The room had a small hall with a minibar, then a larger room with a bed, bench and desk and door to a large and spacious balcony. Like the room, the bathroom was gigantic, it was completely covered in marble with a brown wooden top board around the sink. The waterfall shower was large and spacious.
But overall, I think Hotel IKON Phuket is a nice hotel. Large spacious rooms that felt clean and fresh, good service and fresh pool area.
Unfortunately, I only stayed one night at Hotel IKON Phuket, but it is a hotel I would like to return to.
